What it costs to wash a driveway
Concrete driveways are measured by area. A typical two-car driveway of 400 to 600 square feet runs roughly $100 to $300.

Working it out yourself
Measure the length and the width of the driveway in feet and multiply. A driveway 50 feet long and 20 feet wide is 1,000 square feet. At the per-foot range national guides give for concrete, about $0.15 to $0.30, that's roughly $150 to $300 before any extras. Long Knox County driveways that climb a hill are common, so measure all of it, not only the part by the garage.
Single-car, short
Often under 400 sq ft. Frequently combined with a walk or patio so the visit makes sense.
Two-car standard
About 400 to 600 sq ft, the $100 to $300 range most guides quote.
Long or sloped
800 sq ft and up, with extra time for rinsing downhill without re-soiling.
Extras that change the total
- Oil and tire stain treatment: priced per stain area.
- Rust removal: separate product and labor.
- Sealing: needs a dry slab and usually a second visit.
- Sidewalk, curb strip and front walk: small additions at the same per-foot logic.

What people ask about the bill
Is asphalt cheaper to wash than concrete?
Usually similar or a little less, because it gets gentler treatment and no long surface-cleaner work in one spot.
Do you add a charge for a steep driveway?
Only if it takes noticeably more time. A steep drive means more careful rinsing from the top, which is reflected in the quote rather than added later.
Can the driveway and house be done the same day?
Yes, and it usually saves money compared with two separate visits.
