Who's behind the hose
A Knoxville booking line for exterior washing, with a short list of rules about how the work is done.

What this business is
Smoky Mountain Pressure Wash is a locally run marketing and booking service for pressure washing and soft washing in Knoxville and the towns around it. When you call (865) 390-6589 or send the form, the request comes to us. We set the price with you and schedule the work.
The washing itself is done by independent local pressure washing contractors. We tell you who's coming before the day, and you're welcome to ask them for their Knox County business licence and certificate of insurance. That arrangement is spelled out in our referral disclosure, because you should know how the site works.
Why the method matters more than the machine
Anyone can rent a pressure washer on a Saturday. Most of the damage we hear about comes from using one on the wrong surface: siding pushed loose, decks left fuzzy, driveways striped, shingles stripped. The rules below exist to stop that.
House rules for every job
- Price firstThe number is agreed before any water is turned on.
- Soft on soft surfacesSiding, shingles, stucco and painted wood get a soft wash, never a narrow tip.
- Plants before cleanerBeds soaked and covered before any solution goes on, rinsed again after.
- Drains stay cleanWash water kept out of storm drains, as Knox County's stormwater rules require.
- Every side checkedA walk-around at the end, in person or by photos.
